Products and/or services are being offered by MetroShot LLC (doing business as Remus Robotics), under exclusive license, in connection with the bona fide use of the mark in the ordinary course of trade, satisfying the “use in commerce” definition of 15 U.S.C. § 1127, and enabling protection under 15 U.S.C. § 1125(a) and other applicable laws and precedent.
